Black Shirtdress/Fatigue Jacket

Hi Everyone!  Happy Friday to you!
This outfit is a terrific example of my love for high low pairings.  This dress is under $30 and I have it in multiple colors because it is that good.  It's one of those dresses that will carry you through the warmer months because you can wear it so many different ways.  Also, these wedges are my favorites from last Spring/Summer but they are back again this year!  While high, they certainly don't feel like it when on your feet!  They are perfection and will elicit compliments everywhere you go!  Finally, this jacket is a must have.  It is on sale with the code:  SHOPNOW.  It goes with everything from dresses to white denim to your favorite destroyed jeans.  It instantly adds some edge to every outfit.  I absolutely adore it!
Hope you all have some fun plans for this weekend!
xoxo,
Abbie

Blush Basics

A few notes on this outfit….

*You all know that blush pink is one of my favorites to wear.  I feel like I've been buying everything I can get my hands on it that color for so long!  I adore it!  This boyfriend blazer is one of my favorites to wear.  I love the casual slouchy fit that it has.  It adds instant cool factor to any outfit.

*Also, these flats are stunners.  I included a look for less option that it just as good!

*This handbag is my most used bag.  The tote fits everything I need for work and more!  I was actually telling my hubby the other day that I wish I had it in another color as well because I use it so often!  It is on sale here!

White Lace Blouse & Blush Pink Accents

If you haven't already guessed, lace & blush are two of my favorite things to add to my wardrobe lately.    I cannot get enough of feminine details.  In my mind, blush is a neutral.  It easily pairs with just about any other color as seamlessly as any other neutral.  These flats were an investment but I linked a nearly identical less expensive option.  In my opinion, you need them as they will carry you through Spring & Summer & pair well with all your warmer weather outfits.
While this top has since sold out, it does randomly pop back on the two sites mentioned below.  Regardless of whether or not it pops back, the look for less option is seriously stunning.  I honestly wish I had laid my eyes on it first as it's much easier on the wallet & super adorable!
Hope your week is going well!

Abbie

Floral Spring Dress with Cognac Accessories

This outfit is one that I will be wearing repeatedly as soon as it warms up a little more here.  This dress is delightful because it is a soft lightweight fabric that seems to be pretty forgiving as well!  I honestly want the other color that this dress comes in because it's so comfortable and flattering.  I love how this dress pairs with cognac accessories.  These heels are so comfortable and yet give you about four inches of height!  The idea that you can have height and not feel like it with heels is almost unthinkable.  I can't wait to pair them with white skinnies, destroyed denim, and more spring dresses.  I apologize now as you will be seeing these heels in many outfits to come!

Mix Print Dress

Dropwaist dresses are one of my favorite silhouettes.  There is just something so girly about them.  They have a flirty vibe no matter what the print is.  When I saw this dress, with it's blush colored print & lace detail, I feel head over heels for it.  I know that it is a piece that will get worn over and over again from brunches to weddings to baby showers.  It's one of those dresses that seems like it's hit perfection because it can be worn anywhere.
Also, these sunnies have quickly become one of my faces.  They cover everything that could possibly look tired on your face and leave you with a touch of glam instead.  I looked forward to putting these on my face sans makeup this weekend because I knew that it would cover my lack of makeup for a quick trip to the grocery store and leave me with a sense of movie star quality instead.  haha! :)  These are one of those pairs of sunnies that will make you feel like a million bucks!

Spring Striped Dress

I adore Spring dresses lately.  It seems like every time I'm shopping, I'm on the lookout for a new one.  I love dresses so much because they make getting dressed in the morning incredibly easy.  They are a one and done kind of piece which all you have to do is add accessories.  This dress is a classic silhouette that can be worn for many seasons to come…it's timeless.  The dress is really well made and has a nice substantial feel to it!  I am in love with the striped pattern and cannot wait to wear it again.  I can also see it styled with red heels or with gladiator sandals and a fun handbag!  How would you style it?

Abbie

shopbop sale picks

. 1 . 2 . 3 . 4 . 5 . 6 . 7 . 8 . 9 .

Shopbop, which is an online store that is highly similar to my beloved Nordstrom,  is having a huge online sale that is really difficult to pass up.  They are offering 25% off of everything using code:  INTHEFAMILY.  I personally am in love with spring dresses and sandals from them right now.  I've been heavily debating all of the items above and will be making my purchases today!  I'm really thinking I need these sunnies, these sandals, and this dress.  However, it is really difficult to choose as I am in love with everything above!  Time will tell what ends up in my mailbox this next week!  This sale includes brands that rarely go on sale and will help you to stock up your Spring wardrobes!  Don't wait…there's only a day or so left!

Abbie
