I still love print mixing.  It gives an outfit so much interest.  My key to print mixing:  mix shades in loose (like polka dots, florals, etc) & structured (like herringbone, stripes, gingham, etc.) prints in like colors.  In sticking to a simple color palette (in this case black & gray) you create an aesthetically appealing effortless look.
